As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development efforts with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, fostering an environment where innovation and quality are prioritized throughout the project timeline.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of front-end development principles and best practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience with performance optimization and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
