As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Familiarity with best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and software lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
