Summary:
As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves offering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing significant enterprise transformations that include multiple technology platforms. This role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology-related costs, and identifying key value drivers. The position also involves developing and deploying advanced technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that clients achieve market-leading outcomes through innovative approaches and comprehensive guidance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall expertise.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms.
- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and assisting in their development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platform architectures and integration strategies.
- Experience in advising on technology cost optimization and value realization.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Capability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
