Summary:
As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will architect complex end-to-end IT solutions across the enterprise. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to apply the latest technology and industry expertise, ensuring the creation of better products and experiences that meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholders. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze requirements, and design innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align team objectives.
- Mentor junior professionals in best practices and innovative solution design.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Discrete Event Simulation.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable IT architectures.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Discrete Event Simulation.
- This position is based in Pune.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
