• →Owns end-to-end workflows across functions, systems, and data, reflecting how the business truly operates.
• →Identifies where AI, automation, and orchestration can augment or replace human steps — and where human judgment must stay in the loop.
• →Defines workflow logic, states, handoffs, and exception paths so each design is unambiguous and ready to build.
• →Applies industry and regulatory knowledge to keep workflows compliant, realistic, and aligned to domain operating models.
• →Translates client processes into clear, structured requirements that engineers and architects can build against.
• →Supports value identification and quantification — gathers baseline data and helps define KPIs and success metrics.
• →Supports business development and client workshops — conducts research and prepares materials that convey the solution and its business impact.

• Deep process design expertise across Business Process Design and Workflow Analysis & Design, with hands-on experience re-designing processes to be AI-native and AI-ready — building workflows for AI and automation from the ground up.
• Strong native AI fluency — NLP, LLMs, RAG, Machine Learning, and Human-Machine Interaction (HMI), including agentic AI and multi-agent orchestration.
• Hands-on experience in Process Discovery and Process Analysis - ability to map and analyze current-state processes, identify optimization and automation opportunities, and drive Value Discovery that quantifies the business case for change.
• Domain Consulting depth in one or more industry sectors or functional areas — bringing process, operating-model, and industry knowledge to shape credible, context-aware solutions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and storytelling-with-data skills, combined with analytical thinking, cross-cultural competence, and the ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.

• Hands-on experience working with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) to build working prototypes, dashboards, and solutions that address real enterprise problems, with attention to token cost and performance.
• Experience implementing workflow automation and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Process discovery & analysis using process-mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio to uncover inefficiencies and automation opportunities; Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.

MBA or Master’s degree from a Tier 1 college is preferred.
