・大規模リニューアル/構築/移行プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント

・お客様のビジネス課題の理解、関係者との合意形成、戦略策定支援

・プロジェクト計画（スコープ、体制、予算、スケジュール）の立案および統制

・進捗・課題・リスク管理、品質管理、チェンジコントロール

・社内外関係者（お客様、ベンダー、社内各チーム）との調整・推進

・チーム/メンバー管理（役割設計、育成、パフォーマンス最大化）
