The practitioner ensures smooth operation by adhering to established procedures and operating models, maintaining service stability, and providing consistent, high-quality support across various technology platforms and environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document and escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Assist in monitoring infrastructure health and proactively identify potential risks.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting middleware environments.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management processes.
- Ability to work with various operating systems and network configurations.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.
- This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location.
