Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing expert consultative services focused on business and system integration to support clients in implementing effective solutions. This role requires understanding and translating customer needs into comprehensive business and technology strategies. The day includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives, analyzing the customer journey, and collaborating on functional and application designs. Ensuring that technology and business solutions align with the client s requirements is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities, fostering seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration strategies with business goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and project contributions.
- Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with system architecture and design principles related to integration.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Test Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
