Responsibilities

  • Support large global projects from a commercial/CRM communication perspective. 

  • Develop and execute commercial/CRM plans and estimates, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of project activities. 

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes. 

  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives. 

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.  

Requirements

  • MBA or equivalent master's degree in science or a postgraduate degree with rich and relevant industry experience

  • At least 4 years of experience working in a Life Sciences/Pharma/MedTech company or consulting is mandatory.

  • Advanced english skills.

  • Must have CRM Strategic Optimization experience, Salesforce and/or SAP preferred

  • Availability to travel may be required.

  • An opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients

  • Potential to Co-create with leaders in strategy, industry experts, enterprise function practitioners and, business intelligence professionals to shape and recommend innovative solutions that leverage emerging technologies.
