Responsibilities

Lead large global projects from a project management, communication perspective.

Oversee end-to-end project management activities, including scoping, requirements, implementation, and deployment.

Develop and execute project plans and estimates, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.
- →
Proactively monitor, manage, and report on the execution of project deliverables, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- →
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of project activities.
- →
Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- →
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- →
Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
- →
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
Requirements
~1 min readMBA or equivalent Masters degree in science.
Or a postgraduate degree with rich and relevant industry experience
+5 years of progressive business and/or consulting experience; at least 1 year of experience in Life Sciences Industry is mandatory
Consulting Experience in SAP customization and implementation with Life Sciences clients is must, especially in business scoping, assessment and planning that includes Blueprinting, business case creation, business process redesign and so on. Experience of having worked on SAP S4 HANA implementation projects is a plus.
Understanding of business process for end-to-end supply chain (Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution, Clinical Supply Chain Management).
Thought leadership experience is preferred: Exposure to consulting assets, methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, marketing collaterals and so on.
Must have worked in a client- servicing role in a global setup or worked internationally.
Strong functional knowledge with experience in any of the below mentioned modules: SAP – EWM | SAP – IBP | SAP – APO | SAP – PP/QM | SAP- MM/WM | SAP- ATTP | SAP- PM | SAP-SD | SAP – BRH | SAP – ICSM | SAP - CGTO
