Design, assess, and lead the modernisation of enterprise network infrastructure, with a focus on VPN, Wireless, NAC, Proxy, and Firewall services. Work with technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, Citrix, Fortigate, and Microsoft Azure to ensure resilient, scalable, and secure connectivity across hybrid and cloud environments.
- Conduct detailed reviews of existing network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Internet connectivity, remote access, VPN, wireless, NAC, proxy services, cloud interconnects, and security integration points. Develop strategic roadmaps and implementation recommendations covering medium and long-term modernisation initiatives, supporting budget development through technical and commercial analysis.
- Engage directly with international clients to understand their business needs, constraints, and goals. Translate business requirements into network architecture concepts and technical designs. Produce architecture documentation including HLD (High-Level Design), LLD (Low-Level Design), solution proposals, and design rationale documents
- Facilitate workshops with technical and security stakeholders to define current and future requirements, aligning network capabilities with organisational priorities, cloud adoption plans, and infrastructure modernisation programmes.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments and solution design for prioritised initiatives including LAN, WAN, VPN, Wireless, NAC, Proxy, and Firewall services — aligned with Zero Trust frameworks, and industry best practices. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during the design phase
- Provide technical input into business cases, procurement activities, RFT development, and project initiation documentation.
- Act as a trusted SME advisor across multiple network-related initiatives, providing architecture reviews, design assurance, and technical recommendations to support stakeholder decision-making.

- Proven experience as a Network Architect or in a Senior Network Engineer role, with a minimum of 3–5 years designing, assessing, and transforming enterprise network infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in two or more of the following areas: routing, switching, Cloud, VPN, Firewall, Wireless (Cisco/Aruba), NAC (Cisco/Aruba), Proxy and secure access architectures followed by Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Fortinet (NSE4-7), Azure (AZ-700), AWS, Citrix, F5 or equivalent industry-recognised qualifications.
- Experience developing future-state architectures, transformation roadmaps, and investment recommendations aligned with business, operational, and security objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex technology options and develop recommendations supported by technical analysis, risk assessment, implementation considerations, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, cloud adoption frameworks, Zero Trust architectures, and modern network design best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams, project managers, and senior management.

- Experience supporting RFTs, procurement activities, or business case development.
- Familiarity with SASE, SD-WAN, or ZTNA platforms (e.g. Prisma Access, Zscaler, Netskope, Cisco Umbrella).
