Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. This role requires overseeing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The position also involves establishing platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and managing evolving technical landscapes are key aspects of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions remain robust and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Angular.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable web applications using Java technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries to create responsive user interfaces.
- Expertise in integrating third-party services and APIs within packaged or SaaS environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
