Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration, customization, and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience managing software release cycles and deployment processes in cloud-based or packaged applications.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions that align with business and vendor requirements.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and responsiveness.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.
