What would you do? • • Client and Supplier Relationship Management • • Handling queries regarding Procurement to Pay process • • Connect with suppliers via email or phone to resolve their issues • • Work towards achieving high CSAT
What are we looking for? • • Graduation any stream • • Good computer literacy (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • At least 1-3 years as a buyer in a middle sized or large Procurement Operations engagement • • Good interpersonal skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers, customers on a regular basis) • • Procurement background • • Knowledge of SAP-S4 Hanna is an added advantage • • Knowledge About Ariba tool is an added advantage • • Procurement & Supply Chain: PO, WO creation• • Multi-tasking and problem-solving mindset • • Initiative & team person
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Query solving or resolution • • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills • • Work with different departments to get the query resolved in a timely manner • • Prioritize ageing query and find innovative ways to resolve • • Support in other Accenture Operations areas: Operational Excellence, Maintaining Dashboards, Reporting • • Maintain Client Data Protection standards • • Quick learning & full usage of project specific tools and templates
