By being part of our team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a full on site from our office in Bucharest in the first year of activity, followed by a hibrid setup.

As a Quality Auditing Analyst, you will monitor and ensure the quality of customer service processes, with a focus on live call auditing (100% call-related);
Audit live calls for grammar accuracy and process compliance;
Conduct regular process audits aligned with client and global standards;
Analyze performance data and provide quality reports;
Join calibration sessions with clients and internal teams;
Handle quality-related escalations and propose corrective actions;
Act as a point of contact for updates on policies and procedures;
Support compliance with audit and certification requirements.
