Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and monitoring key performance metrics to evaluate testing effectiveness, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain product excellence and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing frameworks and processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance activities within the project lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies applicable to complex software environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies that cover functional, integration, and system testing.
- Ability to define, track, and analyze key quality metrics to drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
- Familiarity with defect management and resolution techniques to ensure timely and effective issue handling.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
