Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Good to have skills : Automated Testing

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your expertise in quality processes and methodologies to develop comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that all aspects of the application lifecycle are addressed. You will also focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ultimately driving quality and efficiency in the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure optimal performance and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing.
- Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
