We are looking for an experienced RTR Associate Manager to oversee Record to Report operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with SLAs, and successful month-end close execution.

This role combines people leadership, process management, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on standardization, automation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

→Lead and develop the RTR team, providing guidance, support, and performance oversight.
→Ensure timely and accurate execution of month-end close activities and financial reporting processes.
→Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
→Manage team priorities, workload distribution, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
→Analyze complex accounting and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
→Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to align business requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
→Monitor project finances, operational metrics, and team performance to support business objectives.
→Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development.

Requirements

More than 7 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Experience in leading and/or participating in meetings with clients
Strong teamwork and customer support skills
Advanced Excel and macro knowledge
Knowledge of ERP SAP
Functional expertise in different modules in SAP
A high level of proficiency in English is required
