The role also includes providing strategic leadership to align AI developments with organizational values and societal expectations, fostering an environment where responsible innovation thrives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to promote ethical AI practices within the organization and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse teams to drive responsible AI adoption and innovation.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their understanding of responsible AI principles and practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of designing scalable and interpretable data models that support ethical AI frameworks.
- Experience in integrating regulatory requirements and ethical guidelines into AI system architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex data structures and ensure data integrity and quality in AI applications.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate ethical AI principles into technical solutions.
- Competence in evaluating AI models for fairness, transparency, and accountability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
