As a Data Science Manager at Accenture, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions focused on Generative AI and LLM for our Software & Platform clients. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the end-to-end process of designing, building, and deploying AI-powered systems that deliver business value and enhance operational efficiency. 

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and identify AI opportunities. 
• Develop AI strategies and roadmaps that align with client goals and Accenture's capabilities. 
• Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in AI technologies. 

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams for multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. 
• Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and meet quality standards. 
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies. 

• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to design AI solutions. 
• Identify appropriate AI algorithms and techniques to solve specific business problems. 
• Oversee the development and testing of AI models, ensuring accuracy and reliability. 
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate AI solutions into existing technological ecosystems. Design and implement GenAI and LLM-driven architectures, including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies
• Build agentic AI solutions capable of multi-step reasoning, autonomous task execution, and tool orchestration to optimize business workflows.
• Leverage the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem to develop secure, scalable enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and Azure data services to enhance end-to-end business processes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. 
• Present and communicate AI concepts, solutions, and project updates to client stakeholders. 
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client engagements. 
• Provide guidance and support to clients in leveraging AI capabilities for business growth. 

• Mentor and guide a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. 
• Develop talent within the team, providing coaching and training as necessary. 
• Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across project teams and the broader organization. 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related quantitative field. 
• Experience working for large Software or Platform organizations. 
• Proven experience (7+ years) in managing AI projects and delivering successful outcomes. 
• Hands-On exposure to Generative AI frameworks and implementations 
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc. 
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solution design, including RAG, prompt engineering
• Strong understanding of agentic AI architectures, autonomous workflows, and multi-step reasoning systems.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure-based enterprise systems.
• Ability to architect and deploy scalable, secure AI solutions using cloud-native patterns within the Microsoft stack.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset. 
• Strong project management abilities, including planning, resource management, and risk assessment. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
