Summary:
As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and management of security services tailored to diverse client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and coordination to maintain protection, ensure compliance with relevant standards, and uphold operational resilience. The practitioner actively engages with various stakeholders to align security measures with client needs, adapting to evolving challenges and maintaining a secure and stable environment throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify potential security risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall service quality.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations.
- Strong understanding of firewall management, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and vulnerability assessment techniques.
- Experience with security incident response and threat analysis processes.
- Familiarity with network protocols, encryption methods, and secure communication practices.
- Ability to analyze security logs and generate actionable insights to improve security posture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Network Security Operations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
