Accenture is excited to announce the opening of our new technology and operations centre in Ballarat. This state-of-the-art facility will support Australian businesses and government departments by providing essential onshore technology services.

We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team. The centre will create new jobs in the region and is committed to fostering local talent. By partnering with Federation University, we will provide students with valuable on-the-job experience and training, ensuring our workforce is future ready.

Proven experience in working with ServiceNow (Developer, Consultant, or Administrator roles).
Strong knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like HRSD, ITOM, Virtual Agent, Application Portfolio Management (APM), etc.
Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, etc.).
Experience in developing ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Web Services, and other integration techniques.
Solid understanding of ITIL best practices.
Experience in working with Agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Performance Analytics, Orchestration, and Security Incident Response.
