Strong leadership and ownership mindset, with the ability to drive solutions from concept to delivery.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and solution architecture capabilities.
Ability to connect business needs with technology solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation and senior stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in dynamic and collaborative environments.

Experience in consulting, business process transformation, BPM or process improvement.
Hands-on experience with Process Mining / BPM, particularly SAP, Signavio and/or Celonis.
Experience with Automation technologies, including Power Platform, Python, APIs or scripting.
Experience with Cloud & Data platforms, such as Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
Knowledge of solution/cloud architecture, integrations, deployment and security.
Experience with BI & Analytics, including Power BI and/or Tableau.
Experience with AI / GenAI solutions, including RAG, LLMs, prompting and agentic solutions.
Proven experience leading technical delivery, multidisciplinary teams and senior client stakeholders.
Experience with solution estimations and proposal development is a plus.
