- AI and data application: Help clients and project teams explore, prototype and deploy AI, machine learning and automation solutions for supply chain use cases such as demand forecasting, supplier risk scoring, procurement analytics, planning optimisation and anomaly detection.

Additionally, work with and learn Decision Intelligence platforms such as Aera Technology and Palantir .
- Practice contribution: Contribute to thought leadership, reusable assets and knowledge sharing; stay current on AI developments in supply chain including agentic AI, generative AI for procurement and AI-powered planning.

You are analytically strong, intellectually curious and motivated by the challenge of making AI work in the real world of supply chains and operations. You bring some experience of both the functional and data and AI sides of the equation, and a clear appetite to deepen your capability across both.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in supply chain, procurement, operations, data analytics, data science, or technology consulting in a consulting, industry or technology environment, or a combination.
- Supply chain and operations knowledge: A working understanding of supply chain or operations concepts such as demand planning, S&OP or IBP, procurement, inventory management, logistics or manufacturing operations, gained through work experience, study or project exposure.
- Data and AI capability: Confidence working with data, building models, conducting analysis and drawing conclusions using tools such as Python, SQL, R or BI platforms. Exposure and competence with machine learning, AI applications, automation or analytics tooling in a supply chain or operational context is a strong advantage.
- Technology exposure: Some familiarity with supply chain, ERP, procurement or analytics/Decision Intelligence platforms. An interest in understanding how AI integrates with these systems is as valuable as deep prior expertise.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Structured thinker with the ability to break down complex problems, build clear narratives from data and develop evidence-based recommendations.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to produce clear, well-structured deliverables and present findings to mixed audiences with confidence.
- Broader perspective: Interest in sustainability, resilience, regulatory requirements such as EUDR and CSDDD, and the ethical dimensions of AI in supply chain decision-making.
- Education and mobility: A relevant degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Data Science or equivalent. APICS CPIM, CIPS, Lean Six Sigma or data and AI certifications are a bonus. Willingness to travel to client sites is required.
