We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong Core Banking expertise to manage the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex technology projects within the banking and financial services domain. The ideal candidate will combine strong program/project management expertise with hands-on technical knowledge — particularly in core banking platforms — and the ability to lead onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

→Accountable for end-to-end delivery performance — quality, client satisfaction, and financial targets — across accounts and projects.
→Act as primary Point-of-Contact for clients on delivery matters; build and maintain strong client relationships.
→Lead onshore and offshore/nearshore teams; provide supervision, guidance, and people development.
→Proactively identify, prioritize, and mitigate delivery risks across the portfolio.
→Responsible for end-to-end software development and support for core banking systems — from analysis and design through development, testing, and production managed services.
→Lead the design, build, and configuration of core banking applications; act as primary subject matter expert.
→Ensure quality assurance in conformance to Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools.
→Partner with Group domain teams to plan and manage transitioned deliverables.
→Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, quality, and team capability.
→Support pre-sales activities through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience, with 6–9+ years in technical delivery or program/project management in banking/financial services.
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex programs with nearshore/offshore teams.
Deep knowledge of core banking solutions, especially those implemented across South East Asia.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Advanced knowledge of banking applications, architecture, and technology ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with one or more core banking solutions in the SEA region.
Knowledge of Infrastructure, Cloud, and DevOps practices.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
