Summary:
As a Technology Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and setting up both production and non-production cloud environments tailored to project or product needs. This role includes managing the deployment of automation pipelines and streamlining the process of environment creation and configuration. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient operation of cloud platforms, supporting the overall technology infrastructure and project delivery.

Role: Java Backend Engineer specializing in Spring Boot, responsible for building real-time alert and chat services using event-driven architecture within the Alert & Chat pod.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand environment requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Monitor and maintain cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Document environment configurations and automation processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members in understanding platform tools and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure setup and management.
- Strong understanding of automation tools and scripting for environment provisioning.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve environment-related issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
