Asset Management Specialist (2026-0231)

We are actively hiring a Training/Course Administrator w/ TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Engineering Services and Solutions Division, working in Annapolis Junction, MD.

You will be responsible for providing program support:

· Performing hands-on physical scanning, tagging, and logging of hardware assets, servers, and peripherals during routine and customer-requested inventory audits.

· Conducting physical searches across server rooms, desktop bays, and storage facilities to verify serial numbers, barcode tags, and exact location details.

· Logging and reconciling incoming and outgoing asset transactions, ensuring real-time accuracy in property management databases.

· Locating, pulling, and preparing listed hardware assets from various account inventories for staging, deployment, or excess disposal.

· Collaborating directly with program teams and customers to resolve inventory discrepancies, missing equipment logs, and property control issues.

· Maintaining detailed inventory logs, generating operational status reports, and recording comprehensive meeting minutes during customer reviews.

· Executing local travel between customer facilities to perform site-wide inventory audits, barcode sweeps, and physical asset verification.

· Travel locally between customer sites and support temporary assignments as needed.

· Advanced knowledge of customer and asset management regulations, policies, and unique authorities.

· Demonstrated experience utilizing customer asset management tools.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Proven ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer base.

· ITIL® v4 Foundation, or higher, certification.

· Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM.
