Product Manager
Quick Summary
Partner closely with your Engineering Manager to keep delivery on track, and when issues arise, act quickly to mitigate them and communicate the impact to stakeholders.
For decades, the NHS has struggled with fragmented systems that make simple tasks feel impossible. At Accurx, we’re changing that by building a single, system-wide platform that helps every patient get gold-standard, efficient, and joined-up care.
What started as a way for GPs to text a patient has now evolved into an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices.
Our platform now powers Total Triage to manage patient demand, and Self-Book, which lets patients schedule their own appointments in seconds. We’ve automated routine care with Patient Questionnaires for long-term conditions, while Accumail finally allows staff-to-staff communication to happen instantly across different care settings. We’re now pushing the boundaries of the consultation itself with Accurx Scribe, our AI-powered note-taker that drafts medical notes in real-time.
We’re not just shipping features. We’re giving clinicians their time back and ensuring every patient journey is as smooth as it should be.
As our Product Manager for Integrations, you'll define scalable integration solutions for NHS GP practices and Trusts. Designing the roadmap for your area, collaborating with our users, your team, and the broader Accurx mission to improve healthcare productivity.
Own your product area end-to-end: Translate agreed solutions into clear product requirements, define a 6–8-month roadmap, and consistently deliver quantifiable impact for users and the business.
Drive delivery with your team: Partner closely with your Engineering Manager to keep delivery on track, and when issues arise, act quickly to mitigate them and communicate the impact to stakeholders.
Shape scalable integrations: Work directly with NHS GP practices and Trusts to understand their integration needs and turn those insights into solutions that scale across health systems.
Raise the quality bar: Actively review and critique designs, balance UX and technical considerations, and hold a high bar for product craft across everything your team ships.
Manage risk proactively: Identify delivery, clinical, privacy, and feasibility risks early, and collaborate with Privacy, Security, and Clinical teams to navigate them before they become problems.
Be data-driven: Define and own key metrics for your area, build reporting and visualisation, and use data to sharpen your product thinking and prioritisation.
Contribute to the Product Community: Share learnings, insights, and product thinking with the wider PM community, and support initiatives that raise the bar across the whole function.
You have strong product thinking and sound prioritisation judgement: you know how to weigh competing inputs and make confident calls on what to build and what to park.
You're a natural delivery partner: you work closely with engineering and design, keep things moving, and flag issues early rather than letting them quietly derail a roadmap.
You're deeply user-empathetic and outcome-driven: you spend time with users, turn insights into action, and measure success by the impact you create, not the features you ship.
You're comfortable in complex, regulated environments: ideally with some exposure to healthcare, NHS systems, or data and system integrations.
You communicate clearly and proactively: your stakeholders always know where things stand, and you're confident managing expectations across both internal teams and external partners.
You make decisions with data: you're as comfortable defining metrics and analysing usage as you are doing discovery or writing a spec.
You hold a high quality bar: on product craft, on UX, and on the standards you set for yourself and your team.
You'll be joining an established but fast-growing Tech for Good movement, where we're led by our Principles and our mission to solve healthcare productivity.
