This 1099 position pays $295,000 annually, includes 7 weeks off, and features light call (1:7) with strong clinical independence. CRNAs practice independently, making this an ideal environment for those looking to maximize their scope and autonomy. Regional anesthesia proficiency is preferred, but training is available. New grads are encouraged to apply. Located just an hour outside the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Athens offers the charm of small-town living with quick access to big-city amenities. With mild weather year-round, it’s a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts—perfect for hunting, fishing, boating, and enjoying East Texas’ natural beauty. Requirements ● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). ● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas. (Currently, or willing to obtain) ● Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in general, regional, endo, and OB/GYN cases. ● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team. ● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care. ● BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required. ● Regional proficiency preferred Benefits ● Malpractice and Tail Insurance Coverage ● $295,000 for 1099 ● Access to group benefits through preferred partnerships ● Support from Corporate Clinical Leader How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and professional references to info@achcstaffing.org.
