Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatric Outpatient (Part time, Highland Hills)

• →Provide occupational therapy services to children and young adults in an outpatient setting
• →Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• →Use play based interventions to build functional skills for daily routines, school participation, and independence
• →Coach families and caregivers to support carryover at home and in the community
• →Collaborate, consult, and plan with multidisciplinary team members
• →Complete documentation in a timely manner consistent with department and agency standards
• →Attend supervision, departmental, and agency meetings
• →Provide supervision to volunteers and students as assigned
• →Maintain licensure and build pediatric expertise through continuing education
• →Serve on therapy department and agency committees as needed

• Current Ohio OT license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Ohio
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team approach

• Minimum 1 year of pediatric OT experience, or a strong pediatric clinical internship within a multidisciplinary pediatric setting

• High interest in pediatric outpatient practice and play based treatment
• Motivated to pursue continuing education to deepen pediatric therapy expertise
• Interest in applying leadership skills to contribute to the growth of the therapy program
