Join our home-based Early Childhood therapy team and enhance your skills by taking advantage of our training and ongoing team support. This position provides great work/life balance as you can create your schedule with 5-day 8-hour shifts or 4-day 10-hour shifts. Must live in or near Cuyahoga County, as this position requires traveling to and from homes in Cuyahoga County.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Social Worker who has clinical, community-based experience working with young children and their families.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC
- DC:0-5 training a plus, along with the ability to identify social-emotional and developmental challenges within infants and toddlers
- Knowledge of early childhood development and family dynamics
- Experience with home/community visiting
- Capable of adapting and reacting quickly and effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude while supporting clients and addressing concerns
- Cultural competency to develop a working partnership with a diverse clientele
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Responsibilities

- →Advocate with and on behalf of clients and their families
- →Contribute to a foundation for life-long social and emotional well-being for young children
- →Ensure compliance with all regulations and clinical guidelines
