Experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry
Are comfortable and able to work independently (self-directed) most of the time, and as part of a team as required.

We are searching for a self-motivated, proactive administrator with a sense of humour who has the ability to support, motivate and organise our Manawatu Branch, with a smile!

You will have amazing attention to detail, be super organised and happy to juggle multiple tasks at a time! You love a challenge and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You will be comfortable within blue-collar environment (not corporate) and being on a site surrounded by scaffold!

Pride yourself on being a self-starter, quick to learn new things (incl. systems) and proactive in approach
Proven ability to remain cool and thrive in a busy role with conflicting deadlines
Strives for a high level of customer satisfaction always (internally and externally).
Able to build and maintain relationships at all levels and different nationalities.

Customer service: deliver top-notch service internally and externally always
Advanced computer skills: MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Communication: great communicator both written and verbal
Preferable - experience in SAP software a bonus
