- Own quoting and pricing to protect margin and win the right work
- Partner with customers and key stakeholders to build long-term relationships
- Support the Regional Manager and Branch Operations Manager to keep commercial operations running smoothly (with safety first)
- Mentor, motivate and lead the Auckland Commercial team.
Located in Mt Wellington (moving to Onehunga) and reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, you’ll be visible across sites, close to the operations and the customer—helping drive better decisions, stronger delivery, and better results.

- Commercially sharp, operationally minded, and solutions-focused
- Customer-first communicator—credible with crews and confident with decision-makers

- Strong commercial/QS capability (construction or scaffolding experience essential)
- Proven negotiation skills and customer relationship strength
- Strong financial and analytical thinking
- A proactive, can-do approach and high attention to detail
- Clear communication and confident stakeholder management
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a tight team.
