About the Role

As a Cross-Trained Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in both clinical and administrative support, helping ensure a seamless patient experience from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front office staff in a dynamic, team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all clinical procedures (four-handed dentistry, room setup/breakdown, sterilization)
• Take high-quality X-rays and support patient care during procedures
• Support hygienists with preventative and periodontal treatments
• Assist with charting and treatment planning
• Contribute to inventory, lab coordination, and supply management
• Help with front-office duties as needed (cross-training component)
• Deliver a warm, family-like experience for every patient
• Participate in opening and closing duties as a team

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (required)
• Cross-training experience or willingness to learn both clinical and admin tasks
• Strong computer and dental software skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of compliance with dental regulations and standards
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
