This full-time position requires a dedicated schedule to support our growing patient base:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday & Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

As a vital member of our clinical team, you will keep the practice running smoothly and deliver a 5-star patient experience by:

  • Creating a comfortable, welcoming, and anxiety-free experience for patients.
  • Assisting the dentist in all clinical procedures utilizing efficient chairside manner and four-handed dentistry.
  • Taking high-quality digital X-rays, setting up/breaking down clinical rooms, and maintaining strict sterilization standards.
  • Maintaining accurate, compliant patient charts and clinical records.
  • Educating patients with an empathetic, patient-first approach to help them understand their treatment plans.
  • Participating actively in opening/closing duties and daily huddles as a cohesive team.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on dental assisting experience (Strictly Required).
  • Licensure: Valid Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
  • Skills: Strong clinical competencies, great organizational abilities, and sharp attention to detail.
