Responsibilities

As a Test Results Coordinator/Club Tester, you will play a critical role in supporting the Titleist R&D team by conducting player testing, analyzing performance data, and helping evaluate the next generation of golf equipment. You will perform live testing using advanced measurement technologies and established protocols, generate technical reports and insights for R&D engineers, and maintain the integrity of player and product performance databases. In addition, you will recruit and schedule test participants, coordinate consumer testing programs, manage test club logistics, and support competitive product evaluations in key golf markets. Through accurate data management and continuous process improvement, you will help drive informed product development decisions and deliver meaningful performance insights.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; PGA Membership a plus.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in golf club fitting and/or related golf education (e.g., PGA Member, Science Van experience, SDGA graduate, or Professional Golfers Career College graduate).

  • Experience using TrackMan or similar launch monitor technology for golf club fitting, player testing, or performance analysis preferred.

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Access (tables, queries, and forms) and Microsoft Excel (formatting, formulas, and templates).

  • Strong understanding of the golf swing and the relationship between golfer, equipment, and performance, with the ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing.

  • Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with club testers and R&D engineers.

  • Ability to spend long days outdoors and on your feet, with the full range of motion necessary to conduct player testing activities.

Pay Range: $57,460.00-$71,240.00
