• → Financial Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
• →Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
• →Accounts Processing: Handle invoicing, billing, collections, and expense tracking
• →Financial Reporting: Prepare basic financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closing
• →Compliance Support: Ensure adherence to Singapore financial regulations and accounting standards
• →Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and clients regarding financial matters and documentation

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience: 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably supporting Singapore clients
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks), MS Excel, and financial systems
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Language: Proficient in English (written and verbal)
