• → Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accurate and timely salary computation and disbursement
• →Statutory Compliance: Handle CPF contributions, IRAS submissions, and other Singapore statutory requirements
• → Data Management: Maintain and update employee payroll records, including compensation, deductions, and benefits
• →Reporting: Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end processes
• →Issue Resolution: Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• →Coordination: Work closely with HR, finance teams, and clients to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Experience: 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably handling Singapore payroll
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll systems and tools, MS Excel, and knowledge of CPF, IRAS, and local regulations
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Language: Proficient in English (written and verbal)
