Praxis Health  |  Interpath Laboratory  |  Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions

Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions, parent company to Praxis Health and Interpath Laboratory, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an entry level opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, and ready to further their career in healthcare recruiting. You'll be the steady hand that keeps our hiring process moving, posting open roles, reviewing resumes, coordinating with hiring managers, and guiding new hires through onboarding, all while delivering a great experience for both candidates and the managers relying on you.

This is an early-career opportunity best suited for someone with a foundational year of recruiting experience. What matters most beyond that is your ability to communicate clearly, stay on top of details, and provide excellent service to everyone you work with.

This role is remote, but candidates must be physically based somewhere between the Puget Sound and the Boise foothills — that is, residing in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho is required. We're unable to consider applicants located outside of these three states.

Travel: occasional travel is required, approximately 3 to 5 times per year, for team meetings, training, or in-person events.

  • Support the offer process: help build offers, communicate and extend offers to selected candidates.

  • Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate, up to date candidate and requisition records in Greenhouse and our other HRIS systems.
  • Support occasional candidate sourcing as needed.
  • Travel occasionally (approximately 3 to 5 times per year) for team meetings, training, or in-person events.
  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a healthcare setting, OR 1 year of recruiting experience in any industry combined with a healthcare background (for example, prior experience as a medical assistant or in another clinical or healthcare administrative role plus 1 year of recruiting experience in another setting).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you're comfortable representing the company to candidates and leaders alike.
  • A service mindset. You genuinely enjoy helping people and making a good impression.
  • Strong organization and follow-through; you don't let details slip.
  • Comfort working with high volume role, multiple priorities and hiring managers at once; this is a fast paced role with ever-changing priroties.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus but not required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. No further degree is needed; relevant experience is what we're weighing most heavily.
