JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Gynecologic Oncology • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Location: York, PA • Service Setting: Hospital/Clinic/ASC • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Coverage Period: July 2026 – January 2027 • Clinical Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day OR/Office) • On-Call Shift Schedule: After-hours call only (APPs take first call) COVERAGE DATES • One week per month • September 19 – October 9 (extended 3-week coverage) PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Adults (18+) • Patient Volume/Census: 15–20 patients per day in clinic; OR as needed • Admissions: Included • Rounding: Included • Phone Consults: Yes • Case Mix: Gynecologic Oncology FACILITY INFORMATION • Trauma Level: Level I • EMR System: Epic • Specialty Backup Available: Yes • Support Staff Available: 2 MAs, 3 APPs, 1 surgeon • Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes • Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (with clean file) • Credentialing Timeline: Expedited available COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Rate: TBD • Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES • Gynecologic oncology surgeries • Office-based gynecologic oncology care • Surgical oncology procedures as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: PA License or IMLC • Board: Board Certified in Gynecologic Oncology • DEA: Required • Experience: Relevant specialty experience required • Other Qualifications: Experience in academic and surgical settings preferred DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide gynecologic oncology clinical and surgical care • Perform procedures in OR and outpatient settings • Manage inpatient and outpatient cases • Participate in after-hours call coverage • Collaborate with APPs, residents, and surgical team
