Responsibilities: Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities and their surroundings to identify limitations and set goals. Create customized treatment plans collaboratively with patients and healthcare teams. Apply diverse therapeutic methods to improve patients' daily life skills and independence. Provide guidance on adaptive tools and assistive devices. Instruct and practice daily living activities to enhance patient skills. Educate patients and families on independence and condition management strategies. Continuously assess and document patient progress, adapting plans as necessary. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for comprehensive care. Maintain precise patient records, including evaluations and progress notes. Aid patients in returning to their communities and workplaces smoothly. Keep current with occupational therapy advancements and engage in professional development. Other duties assigned by Management
