• →HR administration (preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, employee records)
• →Preparing HR reports in Microsoft Excel
• →Preparing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
• →Meal Vouchers ordering
• →Administration Benefits
• →Communication with team leaders and employees
• →Coordinating student and internship programs
• →Supporting internal HR events and initiatives
• →Assisting HR colleagues with daily operations

• University Student
• Upper- intermediate English skills
• Ability to work 20 hours/ week for a longer period (next coming school year)
• Detail oriented and responsible person with pro-active approach
• Good communication skills (written and spoken communication)
• Ability to work in team
