Part-Time Student RTR Travel & Expenses
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Providing support to team members in daily operational tasks
- →Reviewing travel expense submissions for compliance with company policy, legal requirements, and country-specific rules
- →Working in the Navan expense management system to view and approve selected types of transactions
- →Assisting with digital workflows and ensuring timely processing of expense-related tasks
Requirements
~1 min read- University student with a focus on Finance or Accounting
- Solid command of English (minimum level B2)
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and quick to learn
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week over a longer period
- On-site work only (no remote option)
