In the role of Senior Associate, Client Development , your primary focus will be to assist the Client Development Team in managing the client relationships, supporting all tasks required to account growth and development. Such tasks involve the identification and escalation of issues, analysis of campaigns performance and results, coordinating operational tasks with our Technical Account and Analytics teams, as well as general reporting

Provide support to the Client Development Team in the successful execution of account plans and strategies

Conduct regular check-ins on clients campaigns, assess their effectiveness, and escalate concerns to the senior team when necessary

Collaborate closely with the technical support team to smoothly onboard new campaigns

Proficiency in utilising the Adlook platform

Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree; an analytical and scientific background is a plus.

1-2 years of experience in a media role centred on cultivating relationships with external partiesKeen interest in programmatic technology and a quick aptitude for learning new tech

Capability to instruct others, maintain confidence when addressing groups, and display humility in the process of learning from others

English proficiency required; Italian fluency is highly desirable

Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, including activities such as creating pivot tables, generating charts, and manipulating extensive data sets

Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic start-up environment

Effective organisational and time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
