This Senior Enterprise Architect role offers an outstanding opportunity to work as a deep consulting expert and trusted advisor to enterprise clients across banking, telco, airlines, hospitality, and retail — enabling and guiding customers through the design, delivery, and adoption of best-in-class MarTech solutions built on the full Adobe Experience Cloud stack. You will bring a strong, hands-on grip across Adobe solutions — spanning customer data platforms (CDP), journey orchestration, campaign management, content management, analytics, and personalization — and translate that depth into architecture and guidance that clients can act on with confidence.

You will be the technical anchor for complex, multi-workstream engagements: shaping solution architecture, resolving the hardest technical and business trade-offs, and coaching client teams and delivery pods so that the value of their Adobe investment compounds well beyond go-live. You will also help mature the practice itself — building reusable accelerators, mentoring consultants, contributing to pre-sales and RFP solutioning, and bringing AI-powered tools and agentic thinking into how the team designs and delivers.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a deep consulting expert and go-to authority across the Adobe Experience Cloud portfolio — including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target — with the depth to architect, troubleshoot, and optimize across the full stack.
  • Enable and guide customers directly — running architecture workshops, discovery sessions, and hands-on enablement so client teams understand not just what was built, but how to extend, operate, and get lasting value from it.
  • Own end-to-end solution architecture for complex, multi-workstream engagements spanning CDP, journey orchestration, campaign management, and content management, making the calls that keep programs technically sound and on track.
  • Translate deep marketing domain expertise — across sectors such as banking, telco, airlines, and hospitality — into data models, segmentation strategies, decisioning frameworks, and personalization use cases customers can operationalize.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and gaps, resolving the hardest technical and business trade-offs, and steering engagements through ambiguity to a successful, zero-escalation go-live.
  • Mentor and guide delivery consultants and architects, sharing consulting best practices and Adobe product depth so the wider team can deliver at a consistently high bar.
  • Contribute to pre-sales and RFP solutioning, shaping technical proposals and architecture recommendations that win and expand strategic Adobe engagements.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client adoption of the Adobe stack, translating strong delivery outcomes into cross-sell, upsell, and expansion conversations.
  • Bring AI-powered tools and agentic thinking into consulting delivery — using co-pilots, generative assistants, and automation to accelerate solution design, documentation, and client enablement.
     

Requirements

  • 15+ years of hands-on consulting experience delivering enterprise SaaS or MarTech solutions, with deep, demonstrable expertise across the Adobe Experience Cloud stack — CDP, journey orchestration, campaign management, content management, analytics, and personalization.
  • A strong track record as a client-facing consultant who enables and guides customers — not just building solutions, but teaching teams how to run, extend, and get value from them long after go-live.
  • Proven ability to own enterprise-scale architecture end-to-end, including the judgment to navigate ambiguous requirements, resolve cross-team trade-offs, and keep complex programs on track to a clean go-live.
  • Deep marketing domain expertise in at least one industry vertical — banking/financial services, telecommunications, airlines, hospitality, or retail — with a demonstrated ability to connect business marketing strategy to technical architecture.
  • Experience mentoring consultants or architects, and contributing to pre-sales or RFP solutioning for enterprise Adobe or MarTech opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of data science, machine learning, or AI/agentic concepts, and demonstrated experience applying AI-powered tools to accelerate consulting delivery.
  • Excellent consulting fundamentals: stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills, with the presence to guide client executives as well as technical teams.
  • An outcomes-driven approach, strong integrity, and a demonstrated dedication to customer success.
  • Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is a plus.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing agentic AI or autonomous monitoring/analytics solutions for marketing technology environments.
  • Experience with data ingestion pipelines, event streaming (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis), or ETL/ELT tools used in large-scale marketing data environments.
  • Hands-on experience with tag management and data collection layers (e.g., Adobe Launch, Tealium iQ, Google Tag Manager).
  • Practical, advanced use of AI coding assistants, prompt engineering, or LLM-driven workflow automation in a professional or client-facing context.
  • Hands-on experience writing or debugging in scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python for data transformation, querying, API integrations, or workflow automation.
  • Relevant Adobe certifications (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Real-Time CDP).
