As the Senior Manager of the Cyber Threat Research & Intelligence team, you will guide Adobe's efforts to predict, identify, and respond to the changing threat environment. Your position is key to delivering high-quality intelligence at tactical, operational, and strategic levels. This intelligence helps Adobe's security teams and executive leaders make informed, proactive decisions. You will develop and enhance a leading threat research and intelligence program that transforms raw threat data into actionable insights. This program supports defenses based on adversary behavior and keeps Adobe ahead of advanced threat actors.

Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Develop and take responsibility for the strategic vision of Adobe's Cyber Threat Research & Intelligence program, covering tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence pillars.
- →Lead a senior team of threat intelligence researchers, balancing deep technical research with timely intelligence production and collaborator engagement.
- →Coordinate the full intelligence lifecycle — from collection and processing to analysis, production, and dissemination — ensuring intelligence outputs are relevant, accurate, timely, and actionable.
- →Build and manage Adobe's threat actor tracking program, maintaining profiles on advanced persistent threat (APT) groups, cyber criminal organizations, and hacktivists relevant to Adobe's industry and attack surface.
- →Produce and deliver intelligence products at multiple levels: tactical reports (IOCs, TTPs, YARA/Sigma rules), operational assessments (campaign analysis, actor attribution), and strategic briefings (threat landscape, industry trends, geopolitical risk).
- →Partner closely with Cyber Threat Hunt, CSIRT, Detection Engineering, and Red Team to ensure intelligence directly informs defensive operations, detection development, and incident response.
- →Drive Adobe's engagement with external intelligence communities, ISACs, government partners, and commercial threat intelligence providers to improve collection coverage and sharing.
- →Build a high-performing team through coaching, career development, and technical mentorship, while encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment that promotes intellectual rigor and continuous learning!
- →Regularly brief senior leadership and key collaborators on the threat landscape, emerging risks, and intelligence program outcomes.
Requirements
~1 min read- 8+ years in cybersecurity, with experience leading threat intelligence or threat research functions.
- Deep expertise across the intelligence lifecycle, including collection management, all-source analysis, and structured analytic techniques (ACH, Kill Chain, Diamond Model, MITRE ATT&CK).
- Established background in developing and presenting tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence reports to technical and executive viewers.
- Strong understanding of threat actor ecosystems — including nation-state groups, eCrime actors, and insider threats — and the tradecraft used to track and attribute them.
- Experience operationalizing threat intelligence through SIEM, SOAR, and TIP integrations, and converting intelligence into detection logic and defensive controls.
- Familiarity with a broad range of collection sources including OSINT, dark web monitoring, malware analysis outputs, and commercial intelligence feeds.
- Demonstrated success in building partnerships across security, engineering, legal, and business teams, and with external government and industry partners.
- Ability to distill complex threat analysis into clear, compelling narratives that drive executive decision-making and security investment.
- Experience building or maturing cybersecurity programs, including intelligence requirements processes, metrics frameworks, and team operating models.

In California, the pay range for this position is $211,800 - $306,625 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $192,000 - $277,950
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
