Adoc Talent Management is the first firm specializing in the career management of PhDs, through a triple activity of recruitment consulting, training, and innovation & studies. We are expanding our hybrid team of research and HR professionals. Thus, we want to integrate a Recruitment consultant who wishes to promote the meeting between PhD talent and the needs of companies.

In search of meaning, you are interested in the challenge of discovering the ecosystem of innovation, while enhancing your skills in recruitment and analysis of individuals and organisations. You will be trained in our internal methodologies by our employees in the field.
Under the responsibility of the Office Director, your main missions will concern recruitment (mostly), training and research:
- You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process: the search for new clients and the analysis of their needs; the sourcing, evaluation, presentation, and integration follow-up of candidates. You will take up the challenge of finding "the rare pearl" in a consulting logic for both our client companies and our candidates. You will develop your portfolio of clients (large groups & SMEs) and will be the privileged interlocutor of R&D directors, HR directors and CEOs. Sensitive to their satisfaction, you will become a partner in their long-term success.
- You will support the team on quantitative and qualitative HR studies for our customers or our other internal divisions (HR Strategy).
With an MSc, you are sensitive to recruitment and HR issues. The RDI ecosystem interests you!
You are fluent in English and French. Dutch is a plus.
You have lived and/or worked in the Benelux region, which will allow you to better apprehend the local culture and facilitate your daily work.
You are organized, rigorous and have attention to detail. You are said to be proactive and creative. You have good communication skills.
