Responsibilities

→At least two years of recruiting experience, including full cycle recruiting.
→Experience recruiting in behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, or a closely related clinical setting.
→Experience working independently and responsively in a remote role.
→Strong candidate communication, organization, and follow-through.
→Experience using an applicant tracking system.

Nice to Have

Florida residency and familiarity with Florida clinical qualifications and licensure.
Experience with Topgrading or another structured interview framework.
Previous contract work or experience managing a flexible portfolio of searches.
Experience recruiting for adolescent programs or PHP/IOP services.

What We Offer

This role provides 15 hours of recruiting work per week at $20 per hour while the contract is active. Additional searches and hours may be offered by mutual agreement. The contract does not have a guaranteed duration.

We’ll agree on bonuses for leadership or specialized roles before those searches begin. The contract will define bonus eligibility.
