About the Role
~1 min readLead full-cycle recruiting and shape the new-hire experience through the first 100 days across Adolescent Wellness Academy and Principles Recovery Center. You’ll use recruiting data, structured interviews, and Topgrading principles to identify people who will strengthen our clinical, operational, administrative, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer, clearance, and onboarding
- →Recruit therapists, counselors, case managers, behavioral health technicians, administrative professionals, and leaders
- →Screen and interview candidates using Breezy HR, scorecards, and Topgrading methods
- →Lead hiring huddles and provide managers with candidate recommendations, interview feedback, and recruiting data
- →Coordinate references, background screening, drug testing, credential verification, and onboarding records
- →Track pre-start readiness, training, manager check-ins, new-hire feedback, and 100-day retention
- →Build talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, social media, employer branding, networking, schools, and community events
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or healthcare staffing experience
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple openings, deadlines, and hiring metrics
- Organized, responsive, data-minded, and interested in growing within recruiting and employee experience
- Ability to work onsite, travel locally, and satisfy DCF and AHCA Level 2 background-screening requirements
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Behavioral health, mental health, substance use treatment, healthcare, or clinical recruiting experience
- Experience with Breezy HR or another applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Experience with Topgrading, structured interviewing, onboarding, or credentialing
- Employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media, or career-fair experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Set your Monday–Friday hours around interviews, recruiting priorities, and events. This is a fully on-site role with some local travel to company locations, schools, career fairs, and community events. Approved business mileage is reimbursed according to company policy.
