Are you tired of the grind of the same old thing, day after day? Are you hungry for a challenge that feeds the brain and energizes the soul with teaming, creativity, and an opportunity to shape the future leveraging one of the top tech brands in the industry? Then it's time you consider a new career avenue in a very nontraditional way. Welcome to TheEdge.

As a Consultant, Future of Work on TheEdge team, you will leverage your product and technology expertise to help activate field sellers, accelerate innovation adoption, and equip sales teams with the insights, tools, and confidence needed to win our most high value opportunities. This specialized team sits at the tip of the spear for innovation, bringing together high-tech expertise, creativity, strategic thinking, and commercial execution to connect ADP's industry-leading innovations with real market opportunities.

Under our brand, "Always Designing for People," ADP has built amazing innovation labs, award-winning technology in AI, data, and more, while continuously reimagining how employers attract, develop, engage, and retain their people. Every day we get to hear, "I had no idea you guys did all this..."

Should you be chosen for this team, you will find the unique opportunity to learn the most advanced HCM innovation, GenAI, big data, workforce experience design, and more, while helping bring those innovations to life through field activation, sales enablement, and strategic market execution. You will serve as a trusted coach and advisor to sales teams, helping them understand not only what is changing in the world of work, but how to turn those trends into meaningful customer conversations and business outcomes.

It starts with answering questions and building understanding about what innovation affords organizations and how sales teams can position those capabilities to drive results:

  • How can AI improve decision-making while maintaining trust and accountability?
  • When should organizations leverage data and how?
  • What creates a world-class employee experience?
  • How are workforce expectations evolving, and what do employers need to do to stay ahead?

This and more are just an average day for the Consultant, Future of Work. You will help shape the strategies, messaging, and innovation narratives that power sales success and market growth. This is a role for people who love learning, love innovation, love collaborating, and thrive on helping others win. You'll work alongside some of the brightest minds across ADP, influencing how innovation is brought to market and helping create high-performing teams that consistently deliver results.

We are looking for professionals who understand product, technology, and market dynamics and who are energized by helping sales organizations grow. Got ego? Put it aside. No room for that. You must enjoy teaming and being coachable, while having the confidence to coach and develop others. We will teach you the rest. Pack your humor, amp up the creativity, and prepare to partner with a brilliant team where every day is different and where we value your humanity, your ideas, and what you bring to our innovation story. Isn't it time you feel inspired every day by making a difference in your work?
